ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
ILPEA ProfExt Ltd. would like to continue her activity, extrusion and welding of soft and rigid PVC profiles economically and in harmony with environment according to principles of maintainable development. During our manufacturing activity we consider the protection of environment and continuous improvement of our environmental productivity one of our main tasks.
1. We herewith undertake to make an effort to keep entirely the rules and environment-protective regulations valid in Hungary.
2. By adaption of improvements we consider the environmental accordance of our products and make an effort to the continuous building-in of scientifical-technological development's results related to environmental protection as the main point of view. We do this in order to reduce the environmental deleterious effects related to our products during their whole life cycle into the minimal level.
3. During our technological improvements and introduction of new raw materials we put the main point to prevent the production of waste. For this reason we follow the following order in any case: prevention -> reduction -> re-working -> professional destruction.
4. In all phases of our manufacturing activity we turn our attention to the followings:
¢ improvement of our waste-management, reduction of the originated waste's quantity, increasing of re-working's proportion, modernization of its handle;
¢ reduction of environmental noise-effect;
¢ effective and economical usage of raw materials and energy.
5. We urge our suppliers to improve their environmental performance.
6. We support the responsibility-awareness of our workers in each level, expect them to co-operate actively in the environmental-protective work and help to establish their environmental-awareness behaviour with trainings.
7. We herewith undertake, as stated in our environmental policy, to organize our work according to principle of the continuous improvement on behalf of compliment to requirements relating to our products and organization.
QUALITY POLICY
ILPEA ProfExt Ltd. is committed to produce perfect and qualitative products, therefore we continuously control and improve our quality system in order to comply entirely to requirements of the customers.
Main point of view of our quality policy:
1. In the whole process of production we make an effort that any defected material or semi-finished products cannot be put into any phase for further manucfacturing, therefore we continuously follow and control our working phases and products.
2. Our effort and purpose is that quality of our products conforms to quality of the international ILPEA. We continuously improve our working phases in compliance with the current technical standard.
3. We make an effort to frame long-distance relationship with our customers and cooperate with them in order to reach the quality targets.
4. Continuous quality improvement, reducment of defaults and costs, accurate and flexible working, making fast decisions and self-training are the main tasks of all managers and workers.
